cooking with lawyers

last week, I went to cook with lawyers. yes, it was as annoying it sounds. HomeSlice had some team-building exercise, or an event for the summer interns, or something like that.

it was held at a small cooking school near coit tower, a charming little one-room schoolhouse looking place.

we made moroccan food: kafta kebab, fattoush, pancetta-wrapped dates with blue cheese, cous cous, lamb tajine, etc. although the food was flavorful, the conversation was bland.

I’m really glad I don’t work in an office.
